Thought the moon landing photos were overhyped until I saw the Apollo 17 panorama
I always figured those moon pictures were just cool because of what they were, not how they looked. But last week at a space museum in Huntsville, I saw a full print of the Apollo 17 panoramic shot and it hit me different. The detail in the dirt and the way the sun hit the rover blew me away, like I could feel the dust. Has anyone else seen a print that changed how you think about a famous photo?
