The $30 Bluetooth meat probe that lied to me at a cookout in Boise

My brisket hit 203 degrees for 45 minutes straight, so I pulled it and served it, but it was still raw in the middle, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has had a wireless probe just totally give up mid-cook?
