Rant: People who don't seal their grout after a bathroom tile job
I just helped my brother fix his shower floor because water seeped through unsealed grout and ruined the subfloor after 6 months. Why do so many people skip this step when a $10 sealer takes 20 minutes to apply?

Whoa wait @kim.hannah you're seriously saying you've seen grout sealer for $15 lately? That's wild to me because I just bought some last month and it was like $28 for a small bottle at Home Depot. Maybe you found a deal at some random hardware store or something but around here prices have shot up. I swear everything in the home improvement aisle costs twice what it did a couple years ago. Even the cheap stuff feels like it went up $5 or $10 easy.
