Mixing up tomb labels created a huge headache in Egypt
During a dig in Egypt, we labeled potsherds from different tombs wrong. Later, when we tried to study them, everything was mixed up. It took months to fix the error. This showed me to check tags carefully each day. Now, we use photos and codes to keep things straight.

Yeah that whole "one wrong label ruins everything" thing happens way more than people realize. I've seen it with my own stuff at home, like putting the wrong year on a box of old photos and then spending a whole weekend trying to sort out when things actually happened. It's wild how a tiny mistake in the moment can turn into this giant puzzle you have to solve later.

Totally feel that photo box pain! It's like that one wrong label turns you into a crime scene detective for your own past. Honestly, that's how horror movies start, just with less ghosts and more confused stares at bad haircuts. You make a two-second mistake and then boom, weekend gone trying to piece together your whole life story.

Honestly I kind of love those little puzzles, it's like a fun mystery.
