Honestly, we were totally wrong about the purpose of that Roman ditch near Colchester

For years, everyone said it was just a boundary marker, but after mapping it with a drone last fall, the alignment clearly points to a failed aqueduct route. Has anyone else found a site where the 'obvious' explanation fell apart with new tech?
