Finally got through a huge storm damage job without a single call back

We had that big wind storm roll through Springfield last Thursday, and my phone blew up with emergency calls. One was for a massive silver maple that dropped a limb through a garage roof. The whole thing was a mess, tangled in power lines and resting on shaky rafters. We spent two full days on it, using a crane to lift the big pieces and hand sawing the rest to avoid more damage. The homeowner was really stressed, but we got it all cleared, cleaned up, and even helped him tarp the roof. Not a single complaint or extra issue popped up after we left, which feels like a real win in this job. Anyone else have a tricky storm job lately that went smoother than you thought?
