Bought a $340 battery pole saw for storm work last spring and it sat in the truck while my gas saw did all the cutting
Ran the numbers after a July storm in Tulsa and the electric one only got used twice because the batteries died faster than a tank of mix, so I sold it for $150 and want to know if anyone actually gets real production out of battery saws on takedowns or if it's just for pruning jobs.
