Found out the hard way that Samsung ice makers have a known bad batch from 2022
I had three calls last month with Samsung fridges all doing the same thing - ice maker fills water but never dumps the ice. Ended up on a forum and found out units built between March and August of 2022 have a bad control board. Took me almost 5 hours on the first one before I figured it out. Anyone else run into a specific model year issue like that?

Ngl that whole 2022 production year was a mess for appliances across the board.
