Unpopular opinion: I used to watch every new seasonal anime premiere in one weekend.

After missing a key plot point in 'Jujutsu Kaisen' because I was binging too fast, I switched to watching just two episodes a night with my notes app open. I made the change about three months ago and my understanding of the stories is way better. Does anyone else pace their viewing like this now?

Wait, that's not an unpopular opinion at all... that's just how most people watch seasonal shows as they come out. Your new method is the unusual one. Good on you for finding what works though.

Exactly, people act like their normal habits are groundbreaking.

Sandra I get what you're saying but tbh the original post was about watching multiple episodes of a show in one day, not just normal weekly viewing. Like that's actually pretty different from how most people do it who wait for shows to finish or watch week to week. But yeah I agree that people act like basic stuff is some kind of discovery. Maybe it's just me but I feel like forums like this are full of that where someone describes something super normal and acts like they invented it. Still though there's a clear difference between "I watched three episodes of a show today" and "I found a new way to chop onions" or whatever.
