Rewatched an old classic from 2014 and it hit different now
Pulled up Kill la Kill last week after not seeing it for like 10 years. I remember thinking it was just pure chaos and fan service back in high school. But this time around I caught way more of the commentary on class struggle and body image. Maybe I just got older but it felt like a totally different show. Anyone else find old favorites change on rewatch like that?
