That week I lost 3 accounts in one Tuesday and it was the best thing ever

Honestly most people think losing clients is the end of the world but I have a different take. Last August I had three accounts cancel on the same day, two commercial and one residential. One was a dentist office that found a cheaper guy, one was a rental property owner who sold the building, and the third was a warehouse that switched to some DIY cellular system. Instead of panicking I used that week to redo my pricing and drop the cheap contracts I hated anyway. Six months later I replaced those three with two bigger better paying accounts that actually respect my time. Has anyone else had a big loss that ended up working out?

Don't really see how losing paying customers is ever a win.
