Overheard a homeowner say wireless sensors are 'set and forget', laughed out loud
That guy in Phoenix spent $3,800 on a system last year and now his battery replacements and false alarms are eating up my service calls, has anyone else dealt with customers who think Z-wave stuff never needs maintenance?
