Hit 400 panels wired this year and the number that actually surprised me was 11
I was adding up my job log last Friday after finishing a 16 zone panel swap in Mesa and realized I'd wired 400 panels since January. The number that got me was 11, that's how many callbacks I had all year and 9 of them traced back to the same thing, me rushing the zone programming on Friday afternoons when I'm already thinking about the weekend. So here's my hot take, if you're not blocking out your last job of the day for programming only and nothing else, you're gonna eat those callbacks too, and I want to know if anyone else has tracked their callbacks to a specific day or time like this.
