Found a trick for panel battery testing that saves me an hour per job
I was in Fresno doing a routine swap on a DSC panel and the new battery kept showing low voltage. Took me forever to realize the problem was the old wire terminals were corroded, not the battery itself. Now I carry a small wire brush and some dielectric grease in my pouch, costs like $6 total. Anyone else run into this or do you just replace the whole harness when it looks sketchy?
