The torque wrench that lied on a 747 flap job in Phoenix

Last Tuesday my digital torque wrench read 60 lb-ft on a flap track bolt but the nut spun off by hand, so I calibrated it against the old beam style and found a 12 lb-ft drift, has anyone else caught a digital tool lying like that?
