That borescope attachment for my phone finally paid off
I was skeptical about using a $40 wifi borescope instead of the shop's $2k unit, but last week it found a cracked bleed air line on a 737 in about 15 minutes. It saved me from pulling half the ducting apart. Has anyone else tried the cheap scopes for routine checks, or am I just asking for trouble down the line?
