Just hit 1000 hours on the same set of torque wrenches
I was doing the annual calibration check on my Snap-on 3/8 drive set and saw the log. They've been through three heavy checks on 737s at our Phoenix hangar without a single out-of-spec reading. My old lead told me I'd be lucky to get 500 hours before needing a rebuild. Anyone else have a tool that just keeps going way past its expected life?

Man, that's awesome. Got an old Milwaukee cordless drill that just will not die. Dropped it off a scissor lift, left it in the rain, the battery is basically shot but the motor still screams. Some tools just have that magic in them lol.

Right @emma_ramirez? My dad's old Makita is the same way. I just keep buying new batteries for it, cheaper than a whole new drill.

Heard someone say they don't build them like that anymore. Seems true.
