Was skeptical about frozen veggies in the air fryer but tried it anyway
I usually roast fresh broccoli but grabbed a bag of frozen florets on sale for $2.50 last week. Sprinkled some garlic powder and oil on them, 375 for 10 minutes shaking halfway, and they came out crispy on the edges and tender inside. Has anyone else had good luck with other frozen stuff like green beans or cauliflower?

Not sure why people act like frozen veggies are some mystery meat or something. They're just veggies that got frozen. You're not doing brain surgery here, it's a couple bucks and a few minutes. All this hype about air fryers like they're some magic box, I mean yeah they work fine but let's not pretend you discovered fire. Broccoli's broccoli whether it started frozen or fresh, just don't overcook it into mush.

My buddy Mark tried to show off by making frozen broccoli in his air fryer last week without thawing it first. He just tossed it in there straight from the bag and cranked it to 400 degrees for like 15 minutes. Came out looking like little black charcoal briquettes, completely ruined his whole dinner. He was so mad he threw the whole batch in the trash and ordered pizza instead. Ever had a cooking fail that bad with frozen stuff?
