Pro tip: the air fryer at my office in Tucson has a note taped to it that says DO NOT COOK FISH
Someone in accounting made salmon in it back in March and the whole floor smelled like a bait shop for 3 days, so now there's a laminated sign. I ignored it on Tuesday and did frozen dumplings at 380 for 9 minutes, which was fine, but a guy from sales gave me the dirtiest look. Honestly the dumplings came out great and I'd do it again. What's the weirdest rule your office kitchen has because of one person?
