Had a week where every air fryer recipe turned out perfect

Ngl last Tuesday I threw some chicken thighs in the air fryer with just salt and pepper and they came out crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Then Wednesday I tried frozen onion rings for the first time and they were way better than the oven. By Friday I made salmon fillets in 12 minutes and my girlfriend said it was the best fish I ever cooked. Anyone else have a streak like that where nothing bombs?

Lean into that streak man, it's real. Once you get the timing down for different stuff it's like a cheat code. I found that leaving a little space between each piece so the air can circulate makes a huge difference, especially for things like fries or nuggets. Also don't overload the basket no matter how tempting it is, that's how you end up with soggy food. You're on a roll though, keep trying new stuff while the air fryer gods are on your side lol.

That thing about not overloading the basket hits home. I've noticed that same rule applies everywhere, not just cooking. Whether it's trying to learn too many things at once or piling on too many plans for the weekend, you get better results when you give each thing some breathing room. It's like life works better when you don't jam everything in at the same time.
