Watched an AI kiosk at a mall food court give my order to a ghost

Stopped by the food court at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta last weekend and there's this new AI ordering kiosk that supposedly learns your past orders. I tapped in my usual chicken bowl, paid, and watched the screen confirm my name. Then this weird thing happened, a tray slid out with someone else's name on it, a double burger with extra pickles. I stood there for maybe 2 minutes waiting, and the kiosk just looped my order back to the start like I never finished. The worker behind the counter said it's been 'glitching since the last software update' and gave me a refund in cash. Honestly, seeing a machine forget my order faster than a hungover teenager was kind of funny. Ngl, I've used self-checkout machines that hate me, but this was a whole new level of digital nonsense. Has anyone else run into an AI ordering system that just straight up loses your order mid-transaction?
