Warning: My client's feedback on GPT output saved me 3 hours a week

I was using ChatGPT to draft email replies for a real estate client in Austin. She told me my prompts were too loose and the responses sounded robotic. She said 'make it sound like you're talking over coffee, not writing a memo.' So I switched to shorter bullet prompts with examples of her casual voice. Now I spend 10 minutes instead of 40 on each batch of replies. Has anyone else tweaked their prompt style after client pushback?

Dude YES, the "coffee talk" thing changed EVERYTHING for me too. Once I started dumping a few example texts in my prompt first, the results got way more natural.

Last week I tried feeding it a few lines from an old email I wrote and the output sounded more like me than I usually do. Still tweaking the number of examples though, three felt like too many.
