TIL my AI chatbot project hit a wall last Tuesday

I spent all week training a custom chatbot for my small business, and on Tuesday it started answering customer questions in old movie quotes for no reason. Turns out the training data I pulled had a bunch of script samples mixed in, and it took me three days to filter them out. Has anyone else had their AI pick up weird habits from messy data sets?

Roll your eyes all you want but three days of cleanup time is three days of not running a business. Quoting old movies is funny for about ten minutes until a customer asks about shipping and gets a line from Casablanca back. Fun glitches stop being fun when they cost you money or make you look unprofessional.
