That Tuesday last year when ChatGPT crashed right before a client demo

I had this big presentation for a local tech meetup in Denver about using AI for small business scheduling, and the whole system went down 10 minutes before I started. Had to wing it with just my notes and a whiteboard, which honestly got way more engagement than any slide deck ever did. Anybody else have a failure that turned out better than the original plan?

Denver whiteboard sessions saved my bacon more than once, they're actually way better for getting people talking.

Whiteboard sessions are underrated but @gavin_mason31 nailed it, they just force everyone to actually listen.
