My AI scheduling tool kept double-booking for 3 weeks
I set up an AI calendar assistant for my fence install crew in Austin last month, and it looked great until two jobs landed on the same day at opposite ends of town. Turns out the tool was pulling from an old synced folder I forgot to remove, not the live one, and I only caught it when a customer called asking where we were. Anyone else had an AI tool fail because of a dumb setup mistake on their end?

Wait, so the tool was actually working fine and the problem was a leftover folder you never cleaned up? That sounds less like an AI fail and more like a "check your own setup first" kind of thing. I've done the same stuff with backups pulling from the wrong drive, so no shade, but I don't think you can pin this one on the AI.
