Just realized my shop's invoicing got 3x faster after switching to an AI tool

I run a small auto repair shop in Portland and I noticed something wild over the last 2 months. My average invoice time dropped from around 12 minutes down to about 4 minutes. The only thing that changed was I started using this AI system that reads my handwritten notes and parts numbers and spits out a clean invoice. I used to spend half my day typing up estimates and receipts. Now it feels like I can get three more cars through the bay in an afternoon.
