Found a free AI tool that cuts my ticket writing time in half
I was spending way too long manually summarizing IT support tickets until I tried TLDraw's AI whiteboard feature last Tuesday. Has anyone else found a simple AI shortcut that saved them more time than expected?

Hey if it saves me from my own rambling ticket summaries where I somehow describe a printer jam in three paragraphs, I'm all for it lol. Might have to give that whiteboard feature a shot since my current strategy is just staring at the screen until something happens.

You're right @phoenix845, the whiteboard trick actually works way better than just staring, though I'd argue it's less about the tool and more about tricking your brain into thinking you're doing something productive.
