She said people overthink the special requests and end up with something worse than if they just asked for the basics, so now I'm wondering if my last 3 AI workflows are just over-engineered drinks, has anyone stripped theirs back to plain black coffee?

Ordering a complicated coffee" is the exact phrase that got me, because I once watched a guy order a 12-step latte and the barista just nodded like she was defusing a bomb. I stripped my AI prompts down to bare bones last week and honestly? The outputs got better. Less seasoning, more actual taste. Though I will say, my plain black coffee still has a tiny splash of cream, because total minimalism feels like a trap.
