Update: My agency's turnaround came from learning to delegate
Honestly, I used to oversee all details and it was a nightmare. Tbh, when I stepped back and let my team lead, our projects improved and client satisfaction jumped. Ngl, why do so many agency owners struggle with this?

Totally, @davis.leo. It's like bosses think only they know how the remote works.

It's like watching someone white-knuckle a TV remote during a group watch (we all know that guy). The funniest part is how bosses will literally make themselves sick over details instead of, you know, letting the people they hired do the jobs they were hired for. The control freak to successful boss pipeline is apparently just learning to let go of the reins without having a full-blown panic attack.

Depends on the situation honestly. Some details really do need a boss's direct attention to avoid bigger problems later. Letting go works great until something gets missed and you're the one fixing it.
