Three years in and my retainer clients still ghost me on quarterly reviews
I started my agency in Nashville back in 2021. Signed three retainer clients in the first year, thought I was golden. Last week I had to chase all three for our Q2 check-in. Two never replied. One canceled the call day of. I put together detailed reports, spent hours prepping. How do you get clients to actually show up for these meetings? My gut says I set the wrong expectations from day one.

Yeah you probably made it sound optional from the start.

That's usually me trying to make things sound more chill than they should be... then wondering why nobody takes it seriously. Classic case of being too nice up front and paying for it later.
