Seeing exactly what they were willing to pay upfront stopped the awkward negotiations and let me focus on getting the work done fast instead of padding hours, has anyone else found a pricing model that just clicks for their agency?

…and then I realized I’d been spending half my time doing math instead of actually working. Fixed fees are great until you realize you’re the one who has to now guess how fast you can work, and that’s a whole new kind of panic.
