Serious question: Is our push to grow non-stop bad for the agency?

Rapid growth often sacrifices the core values that made us successful.

Ford scaled without losing its soul.

I mean, comparing our agency to Ford is kinda missing the point. Ford had huge quality control and worker strikes when it grew fast. Maybe it's just me, but scaling that quick usually means letting the important stuff slide to hit numbers. You bring in too many new hires at once and the original vibe just fades away. Idk, I've watched places expand non-stop and end up with a mess where no one cares about the work anymore. Without really focusing on what made you special, growth can wreck the whole thing.
