Serious question, does anyone else run their agency off a messy Airtable base?

I spent 6 months using Trello + Google Sheets + a shared Notes doc for client tracking and it was a nightmare. Last week I finally sat down and built one Airtable base with everything linked - projects, invoices, client contacts. Night and day difference. Now I can see which accounts are behind on payments in 2 seconds flat. Has anyone else made a switch like this and found one tool that just clicked?

Airtable is the glue. Built mine 3 months ago, never looking back.

Jumped on the Airtable bandwagon myself about two months ago (right after Brooke's post actually) and yeah, it really is the glue. I've got one base tracking all my client projects with linked records to invoices and deadlines, and another for my content calendar that auto-populates from a kanban view. The real magic though is how I hooked it up to Zapier so when a client submits a form, it creates a new record, sends me a Slack alert, and updates a master dashboard all at once. Total game changer for keeping everything from spiraling into chaos.
