Saw a total mess at a co-working space in Austin that made me rethink our remote setup

I was checking out a new co-working spot on South Congress for a potential satellite office. The main area was fine, but their dedicated agency suites looked like a war zone, with sticky notes and half-empty coffee cups everywhere. The manager told me three different teams had walked out of meetings that month because of the noise and clutter. How do you guys handle shared physical spaces when you need to bring remote teams together for a few days?

Book the space for a full day, clean it first.

Oh man, that hits home. I once booked a spot for a whole day and totally forgot about the cleaning part. Showed up to find last night's party confetti everywhere, it was a mess. Took me two hours just to sweep it all up before anyone could even get started.
