Rant: I was convinced automated client onboarding was a waste of time until I tried it with a $5k project.
Set up a simple Zapier flow that sends a welcome video and a Calendly link after a signed contract, and it cut my setup calls by half. Anyone have a better tool for this than Zapier?

That $5k project is the perfect size to test a new process. Cutting setup calls in half is a huge win for something that probably took an afternoon to build. I've been using Make for similar flows, mostly because I hit Zapier's task limit too fast.

Yeah but the real test is if that process holds up when you try to scale it. I mean, saving time on a $5k project is great, but what happens when you have ten of those running at once? That's when a lot of these quick automations fall apart because they weren't built to handle volume. Maybe it's just me but I've seen so many things break after the first big success.
