Rant: I killed our Monday all-hands and nobody misses it
We ran a 45 minute all-hands every Monday for two years, and it was really just 6 people reading updates off a screen while everyone checked email. Switched to a shared doc with a Friday deadline back in March, and our meetings dropped from 11 a week to 3. Has anyone else cut one recurring meeting and had it actually stick?

Watched a buddy kill his Tuesday standup and the team just started pinging him nonstop instead, so watch out for that.
