PSA: That fancy agency dashboard software I hated now saves me 5 hours a week

I was dead set against paying $200 a month for AgencyHub because I thought spreadsheets were fine, but after double-booking a client meeting in Denver last Tuesday I switched. Has anyone else had a tool they swore off turn out to be a lifesaver?

Oh man, the "I thought spreadsheets were fine" phase. That was me with Trello. I was like "I don't need ANOTHER thing to log into" until I forgot to update a spreadsheet and showed up to a client meeting a DAY early. Felt REAL dumb.

Yeah @diana55 I used to think all those tools were just overcomplicating things, but showing up to a meeting a full day early? That changed my mind pretty quick.
