Meal prep with my family gave me a project management hack
I was always scrambling with random client requests until I started meal prepping. Every Sunday, my kids and I plan and cook meals for the week. I realized I could do the same with agency work by grouping similar tasks on specific days. Now, Mondays are for content, Tuesdays for client meetings, and so on. It's cut down on chaos and boosted our productivity.

Love how you took a home habit and used it at work. I tried something similar by blocking out mornings for deep focus work only, no emails or calls until after lunch. It really does help your brain stay in one mode instead of jumping around. The email avalanche used to wreck my whole day.

How bad did the email avalanche get for you? I've had days wrecked by that same thing, and blocking out time really is the only fix. It feels good to just get one thing done right.
