I used to run client calls with no agenda at all... now I send a 3-point list first

For years, I'd just hop on Zoom and wing it, which often meant meetings ran long or we'd forget key items. After a really messy call with a client in Austin last month, my partner insisted we try sending a simple 3-bullet agenda 24 hours ahead. It cut our average call time from 50 minutes down to 30 and keeps everyone focused. Anyone else have a small switch that made your client communication way smoother?

Wish my boss would figure this out already.

My old boss used to call our rambling meetings "brainstorming sessions." We spent 45 minutes last Tuesday just figuring out what the word "deliverables" meant.

Was that on the clock? Sounds like a waste of time.
