Hot take: my best profit month at the shop came the week I stopped tracking my team's hours
Back in March we had our biggest month ever ($61k) while I was out with the flu and only checked in twice, and I think it's because my constant time-sheet checking was teaching my 4 account folks to wait on me instead of just making the call, so now I want to know from other owners how you decide what actually needs your eyes.
