Hit 40 regulars this month, never thought I'd get there

Started solo 3 years ago out of my truck in Columbus and this month I finally crossed 40 recurring accounts on my maintenance schedule. Back in the day I was lucky to keep 12, most of them one-off jobs that never called back. What got me there was ditching the fancy CRM and just sending a simple text reminder the day before each visit. Anyone else see a big jump when they stopped chasing new leads and just locked in the ones they had?
