Heard an account director say "just send the deck" without reviewing it first
That $12k pitch we prepped for 2 weeks went down the drain because a typo made us look sloppy, and I'm wondering how many of you have a mandatory review step before anything goes out to a client.

Yikes, been there. I once sent a proposal with "clients" spelled "clients" in the first paragraph and didn't catch it until the client replied.
