Finally stopped trying to manage projects through email threads
For about 2 years I was running our 8 person agency through endless email chains and cc lists. It was a nightmare. Last month I moved everything into Basecamp for our 3 biggest clients and the difference is night and day. Has anyone else made a similar switch and found their team actually sticks to the new system?

Wait until someone leaves the company and you lose all context on their tasks in that system.
