Finally got a client to stop asking for daily check-in calls

Ngl, I had a new client who wanted a 30-minute Zoom every morning just to 'stay in the loop', which was killing our project momentum. After the third week, I showed them our project dashboard and how it updates in real-time, and they agreed to switch to weekly summaries. How do you guys handle clients who want too much hands-on time?

My buddy's client wanted daily photos, so he set up a live webcam feed instead lol.
