Billed 60 hours to a nonprofit and found out my PM had been 'extending' their timeline for a month

Sitting in the airport after a board call in Cleveland, I opened the time reports and saw 12 phantom entries, so I fired the PM on the spot and now I audit every hour before the 15th, has anyone else caught their team padding hours on goodwill accounts?
