Warning: I blew almost $2k on a 'growth coach' who just gave me generic advice I could have read online.

After three months of weekly calls that basically just rehashed 'find your niche' and 'build relationships,' I realized I was paying for motivation, not a real strategy, so has anyone actually found a coach or program that gives you specific, actionable steps for scaling?

Sounds like you paid for a really expensive hype man, not a coach. Sean_robinson is right, that price should get you a real map, not just someone yelling "you can do it" from the sidelines. Hope you at least got a free water bottle or something.
