Tried a $29 ROI calculator template, laughed at it, then it found $11k in wasted ad spend
I've always rolled my eyes at those paid templates everyone pushes in Facebook groups. But last Tuesday I was bored and grabbed one from a guy in Cleveland who runs a home services agency. Plugged in 3 months of numbers and it flagged that we were bidding on brand terms in a second city where we had zero presence. Swapped that budget to a lookalike audience and booked 4 calls in the first week. Still hate the packaging and the cringe sales page, but the math checked out hard. Has anyone else found a cheap tool that outdid their fancy analytics stack?

Ha, gotta say the bar was already underground if a $29 template blew up your whole setup. Honestly $11k in wasted spend on brand terms for a city you don't even operate in sounds more like a "how did nobody notice this for months" problem than a genius tool. Glad you got 4 calls out of it though.
