TIL turning away projects outside our focus helped us grow

I used to think we needed to accept all kinds of jobs to get bigger. After a tough period, we decided to stick only with local restaurant marketing, and it really paid off. What's your take on choosing a specific area to work in?

Yeah the "stick only with local restaurant marketing" part is so real. I mean, maybe it's just me but I tried the same thing with just doing web design for small shops and it totally made things easier. Idk why I tried to do everything before.

Totally serious. It's the difference between being okay and actually good at something. Trying to do it all just makes you average at everything.
