Three years ago I was running my whole agency from a coffee shop in Denver, now I'm looking at a second office.

Remember that feeling of being packed in with all the laptops and power cords? Moving from that to needing actual walls for a team is huge. It's not just about more space, it's about the kind of work you can do now, like having a quiet room for client calls or a big table to spread out plans. That second office means you're building something that lasts, not just renting a corner table anymore.

Our first office was a closet, @janahenderson.

Oh wow, that really hits different when you put it like that. A buddy of mine, @casey787, he had a similar thing happen. He started his little web design thing from his bedroom, literally sitting on a couch with a laptop. Then he got his first real office and it felt huge but it was just a room with a door. But when he told me about getting his second space, it was because he needed a proper meeting room and a separate area just for the team to work without distractions. That's the real shift, you know? From just having a place to sit to having a place to grow.
