That week we lost 3 clients in 5 days and it fixed our pricing
Back in March we had a rough stretch where three clients walked in one week. Each one said the same thing, we were too expensive for what we delivered. Instead of lowering prices I sat down and looked at every project we took on that month. Turns out we were underpricing the work that took real strategy and overcharging for simple tasks. I raised rates on the hard stuff and cut a basic retainer tier, and now we actually make more with fewer accounts. Has anyone else had clients leave and later realize they were doing you a favor?
